Depuis sa création, WELINK a pu intervenir sur plus de 600 Missions long termes (> 6 Mois). Quant à notre équipe actuelle, elle dépasse 150 Consultants Freelances IT en mission.
Poste
Main Missions :
- Support the business domains (24) by gathering requirements, defining functional and technical scope, and designing high-level solutions.
- Handover to the Solution Architect teams by formalizing and transferring the detailed solution design.
- Contribute to the IT transformation by ensuring consistency, governance, and risk management.
- Ensure alignment between IT and business teams with the company roadmap.
- Actively participate in defining architecture standards (TOGAF, ArchiMate, SAFe) and overseeing their implementation.
- Facilitate discussions with business stakeholders and act as a strategic advisor in the decision-making process.
Profil
- Experienced and adaptable profile, capable of navigating complex and international environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders.
- Strategic vision and ability to design and drive an enterprise roadmap.
- Proven track record in enterprise architecture with hands-on experience in complex application environments.
- Languages: Fluency in English is essential; French is also important given the context.
Compétences techniques requises:
- Frameworks and methodologies: TOGAF, ArchiMate, SAFe.
- Strong expertise in IT urbanization, governance, and transformation.
- Ability to design high-level architectures within complex application landscapes.
- Solid understanding of risk, compliance, and security challenges.
