We are seeking an innovative System Integration Process Architect with experience in the BFSI sector (Insurance sector is an added advantage), who will be responsible to participate in the planning, coordination, and solution development and implementation activities related to the integration of applications and technologies within the organization's application integration environment. Key responsibilities include developing integration solutions, creating architecture artifacts, and overseeing the delivery of integration projects. Expected to also coordinate with various teams both internally and externally to achieve integration goals.
Job Description
• Design Integration Strategies: Develop and implement strategies for system integration across multiple platforms and environments.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work with various teams to understand business needs and identify integration requirements.
• Develop Architecture Artifacts: Create and maintain architecture design documents and artifacts.
• Ensure Alignment: Ensure all integration designs and systems align with the organization's IT strategy and policies.
• Oversee Delivery: Manage the successful delivery of integration solutions, identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
• Technical Guidance: Provide technical guidance and mentoring to team members and being proficient in integration technologies, methodologies, and tools.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to diagnose and resolve complex integration issues.
• Communication Skills: Strong ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of system architecture, computer programming, and various operating systems (e.g., Linux, Windows)
• Minimum of 10 – 12 years of experience in consulting and leading a team of SI Architects
• Integration Expertise: Knowledge of various integration methods, patterns, and technologies, such as middleware, ETL tools, message brokers, APIs, and microservices
• Business Process Understanding: Knowledge of business processes and how integration solutions can support and enhance them
Professional Certifications:
1. Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL): Certification in IT service management can be beneficial
