About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Orchestration & Automation Engineer to contribute to the development of an end-to-end self-service integration layer between ServiceNow and Azure DevOps deployment pipelines. This role involves designing and implementing automation around custom Terraform modules, with a focus on enabling robust governance, approval workflows, change tracking, and streamlined deployment processes.

The ideal candidate will also be experienced in Linux systems automation, particularly using Red Hat Satellite 6, and must be comfortable working in compliance-regulated, business-critical environments. Experience in the public sector is a significant advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build a scalable orchestration layer integrating ServiceNow with Azure DevOps.
• Enable self-service workflows that include approvals, change management tasks, pipeline triggers, and deployment tracking.
• Collaborate with DevOps and platform teams to optimize Terraform module execution within Azure DevOps.
• Develop integrations that comply with enterprise governance, audit, and security requirements.
• Implement automation for Linux patching, provisioning, and compliance using Red Hat Satellite 6.
• Maintain documentation and operational readiness standards for deployed automation.
• Conduct testing, validation, and continuous improvement of orchestration processes.
• Collaborate with compliance and security teams to ensure all automation aligns with regulatory standards.

Profil

Experience Level: 8+ years in IT automation and orchestration in regulated and business-critical environments
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in public sector IT environments.
• Certifications in ServiceNow, Terraform, or Azure DevOps.
• Red Hat Certified Specialist in Satellite or Linux Automation.
• Understanding of CI/CD, DevSecOps, and GitOps practices.

Compétences techniques requises:

Required Skills & Experience:

• Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow integration, including Flow Designer and custom app development.
• Deep understanding of Azure DevOps pipelines, Terraform-based deployments, and Git workflows.
• Solid experience in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and orchestration in cloud environments.
• Proven skills in automating Linux operations using Red Hat Satellite 6, Ansible, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of enterprise change management and ITSM processes.
• Experience in working within compliance-regulated environments (e.g., finance, healthcare, public sector).
• Familiarity with RBAC, security policies, and audit trail management.
