Poste

The Senior Scrum Master is responsible for ensuring that Agile principles and practices are effectively implemented within the web development team, enabling smooth collaboration and efficient delivery of the corporate uefa.com, WePlayStrong, PlayMakers and UC3.
This person plays a critical role in facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing obstacles, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Given the scale and pressure of the project—managing a high-traffic global website with millions of users—the Scrum Master must be highly organized, proactive, and capable of handling fast-changing priorities.

Profil

- B.SC. in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering or equivalent.
- 5-7+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in software development teams, ideally in high-traffic digital platforms.

Compétences techniques requises:

- Strong Agile methodologies (Scrum) knowledge backed by certifications like PSM, CSM, or equivalent.
- Experience in sports-related or event-driven projects, where the ability to manage tight deadlines and sudden changes is critical.
- Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, and similar Agile tools.

Aptitudes / Qualités personnelles requises :

- Excellent soft skills: communication, conflict resolution, and leadership.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills to ensure efficiency and delivery without micromanagement.
- Fluent in English (C1/C2 level) to manage communications with global teams.
- Experience working in distributed and remote teams.
