Poste

We are looking to hire an Process Analyst for a mission freelance.

The Program’s objectives are:

• Definition of a standard global operating model that clearly positions the role and value of Operations Support
• Creation of a globally consistent core scope of services and associated interaction models
• Globalization of existing automation solutions to improve the delivery efficiency, and an associated roadmap for future automations
• Implementation of global best practices and tooling to support more complex activities
• Definition of a clear governance for evolution of Operations Support
• Creation of further capacity for Operations Leaders to focus on business development, client engagement and member management.

Profil

• Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS or related fields.
• Expertise with large projects, including but not limited to process and change management implementation – minimum 4-5 years.

Compétences techniques requises:

• Professional, collaborative and solution oriented - able to work autonomously, delivering high-quality processes
• Familiarity with Service Management Processes (Change Management and Release Management in particular)
• Experience with ITIL and Process Modelisation Tools such as BONITA

Aptitudes / Qualités personnelles requises :

• Excellent analytic and communication skills, both written and Oral
• Very good communicator, sensitive to potential change management issues
• Proactive, interactive, tenacious and persistent
• Beneficial to be fluent in English and French, oral and written
