Poste

We are hiring a VOIP Expert for our client in Rabat specialized in telecommunication.

Missions

- Provide the level 3 technical and operational support for backbone as well as for customer problems
- Support OINIS Operations in achieving its network availability objectives and reliability
- Pilot and participate actively in the maintenance and deployment projects of new software, hardware and functionality in backbone networks
- Cooperate closely with the different teams such as design, engineering, and production entities and participate in transverse working groups to follow the various projects and planning plans of our networks
- Ensure the management of our supplier relations (Ribbon, Oracle, Cisco and Italtel) when implementing projects and for support
- Validate and take over the responsibility for any modification on the network
- Identify and anticipate risk situations and coordinate with the Network Performance team for triggering and piloting improvement plans to optimize network reliability as well as customer satisfaction.

Profil

Masters in information technology / computer science and with 5 years experience in similar position.

Compétences techniques requises:

- Network Technologies Voice / VoIP Infrastructure (SIP, H323, ISUP, SIGTRAN) and Ribbon, Oracle, Cisco, Italtel
- Knowledge on Videoconferencing Technologies (Cisco: CUCM, Expressway, CMS)
- Knowledge of IP networks (MPLS, BGP, ISIS ... etc.) and Linux systems
