Poste

Pour le compte de notre client, multinationale spécialisée dans l'infogérance et l'intégration informatique, nous recrutons un Web System Expert pour une mission freelance de 6 mois renouvelables.
Missions :
- Identify issues and reformulate project needs.
- Formalize and apply the UI / "Design System" methodological tools and be the guarantor for developers and UI Designers.
- Support and challenge the creation of graphic models of interfaces and digital interactions for web platforms and / or mobile applications (in-depth knowledge of iOS and Android environments), ensure continuous improvement and iterations following tests users.
- Workshops and accompaniment: animation of (co) -creation and (co) -conception workshops; promote the culture Design and challenge the project teams in accordance with the agile methods of Orange (Designers, Dev, Scrum Master, Product Owner ...).
- Visual identity and graphic charter: take ownership of Orange's brand identity and values and be proactive in adapting and evolving it in the project context. In coordination with the Lead UX, challenge the creation of new elements and update the Design System.

Profil

Bachelor’s degree in Visual communications, Fine arts or design related field
- 5+ years of experience as a UI Design in an agency, at the advertiser, in a startup, and / or your account.

Compétences techniques requises:

- Extensive and demonstrable experience with design tools. - Strong portfolio. - Previous experience as either a UX or a UI designer is mandatory. - Previous experience with the Design Thinking approach is preferred. - Experience and strong leadership skills in the execution of UI. - Experience in creating experience vision briefs, detailed - - - Experience plans, customer personas, unique interfaces, application maps, and other elements of robust customer engagement solutions.
- Hands-on expertise in use case development, mock-ups and fully interactive prototypes.
- Good knowledge about data driven design and analytics.
- Agile training (Scrum, Kanban) and experience in the different practices is a plus.

Aptitudes / Qualités personnelles requises :

- Excellent communication, presentation and project management skills.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Work well individually and in a team environment.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Knowledge with Sketch, Axure, Invision and Balsamiq.
- Strong lateral and creative thinking abilities.
- Knowledge of Adobe Suite software or equivalent is a plus.
- Able to communicate at all level with natural aptitude for negotiating successfully.
