Mission:
- Understand current API architecture and recommend improvements
- Coordinate with other CRM architects to safeguard the design integrity of the system and ensures that application designs adhere to architectural and product standards
- Participating in enterprise architecture development, including business architecture, information architecture, application portfolio, and technical architecture.
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations, API demos, sample solutions, and discussions to drive awareness and adoption of CRM API ecosystem.
- Identify areas where new business processes can be implemented using the native APIs and configurations available as part of the product, thereby minimizing customization
- Identify opportunities for reuse and/or process improvement within the project solution
- Ensuring the technical integrity, consistency and adherence to architectural standards and principles of the overall solution, including maintaining alignment with the future technolgyl roadmaps
- Microservices architecture for data services and data integration between internal and external systems providing real-time, near real-time, and batch functionality
- Ensure adherence to strategic technology vision
- Responsible for conducting POC’s to evaluate new technologies as and when required.
- Document necessary architectural artifacts for the system and ensure any changes are registered in appropriate ecosystem repositories.
- Bachelor degree in computer science, engineering with minimum 7 years of experience in related field
- API Management skills including API life cycle management, API patterns, API security and having a good understanding of Apigee API Gateway is a plus
- Experience in Architecture Frameworks: TOGAF, TMForum Frameworx (eTOM, TAM, SID, OpenAPIs)
- Expert in TMF: needed for implementing standard APIs based on TMF specs
- Solid integration skills (SOAP, XMLRPC, TCP sockets, SOA, MicroServices, Messaging…)
- knowlwge in Application Framework (TAM)
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics (SOAP/REST)
- Expertise in designing API on AWS environment
- Experience delivering APIs for external partners and integrating with external vendors
- Perform root cause analyses for common CRM problems and create fixing plans
- Strong experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Experience in data visualization tool such power BI is plus.
- Experience in different integration approaches and design patterns (Synchronous, Asynchronous, Event Based, Message Based, Bulk Integration, Pull Approach, Push Approach, etc.).
- 5+ years of experience developing and using RESTful Application Program Interface (API)
- 3+ years of experience in microservices development
- 3+ years of solution architecture experience
- Understand Microservices/ Frameworks
- API understands/messaging standards, Opening API specs- Standards
- Experience with design and implementation of DevOps and CI/CD tools
- Experience with design, implementation and lead adoption of containers technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
- Experience with software development lifecycles
- Experience working with Git, Jira, and Agile methodologies
- Experience with version control and bug tracking systems
- Certificates in IT related fields are preferable..
- Team player, well Organized, Systematic.
- High Reactivity to Business requirements with business mentality
- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Good Planning, Organizational, and interpersonal written and spoken communication and presentation skills in English and Arabic.
