Poste

Pour le compte de notre client, multinationale spécialisée dans l'infogérance et l'intégration informatique, nous recrutons un ChatBot Expert pour une mission freelance de 6 mois renouvelables.
Missions :
- Responsible for developing technical solutions for the business automation initiatives
- Responsible for supporting and maintaining existing chatbot application or developing a new conversational AI
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new Chatbots
- Utilizes knowledge of Artificial Intelligence (AI)/Virtual Agents/ChatBots for voice, text/SMS, apps/messenger and/or email communications
- Analyze performance metrics to drive recommendations for changes or enhancements that ensure an effortless customer experience within the messaging channels
- Support the integration of new products and services, regulatory requirements, tools, and technologies into existing operations
- Contribute to the ongoing maintenance of up-to-date and accurate content within the messaging chatbot channels while identifying new opportunities to drive automation and customer self-service
- Support the definition of requirements and test plans
- Develops and maintains system documentation, guidelines, and training as needed.
- Build, optimize and refactor code to meet design specifications and code standards
- Manages production support issues.

Profil

Bachelor degree in computer science, engineering with minimum 5 years of experience in related fieldExperience Java, Node.js, AWS

Compétences techniques requises:

- Experience in Python, and API.ai is plus - Experienced in transmissions using JSON - Experience in Chatbot development - Knowledge in building integrations with Azure or AWS - Experience in Applying NLP to chatbot technologiesaKnowledge of Chabot platforms and at least 1 year of working experience in the development of Chabot or other AI, machine learning, or NLP technologies. - Experience in API Management Solutions, with third-party libraries and APIs
- Working knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies.
- Solid understanding of the full development lifecycle.
- Strong foundation in enterprise application fundamentals such as data structures and object-oriented design is critical Bachelors
